Troppo buoni!
This recipe has explained to me by the chef of a hotel in which I was to work. I liked it so much that I could not resist to ask to explain me how to prepare it.
I gave this name, maybe strange, to the recipe because the chef in question has a Michelin star.
It is about creating a preserves of tomatoes, and you can use it in various ways. The tomatoes I had eaten was between two pieces of buffalo mozzarella, but are also perfect on toasted bread or as a sauce for pasta.
The result is great!
Ingredients:
650 grams of cherry tomatoes
salt
sugar
oil, seed oil for me, if you tolerate it, olive oil is perfect!
chopped sage and rosemary
Process:
Arrange the tomatoes on a baking tray and sprinkle with olive oil, salt, sugar, sage and rosemary. There are no precise amounts, go to the eye.
Mix the ingredients together and put in the oven at 100 ° for two hours.
Once "withered", turn off the oven and put cherry tomatoes in a glass jar for preserved.
Cover with oil and close the lid. For sterilization, wrap the glass jar with a cloth, put it in a deep pan filled with water and boil for 20 minutes.
Too tasty!

Procedimento:

A parte
adesso sapete cosa fare!
Ingredienti
45 gr di
menta
60 gr di
zucchero
200 ml di
acqua
Procedimento

Buonissimo!
In my house
we have a great deal of mint, very
little used. Apart from use as a decoration of a few dishes or to make mojitos
during barbecue, we don't use it.
Yesterday
evening I decided to make an experiment, successful , because the results is
really tasty. I made a mint syrup!
I’m really
satisfied about result, with a few
ingredients and in three steps the recipe was ready!
I used the
minimum quantity of ingredients, because I didn't want to risk, and because
it's useless to prepare in larger amounts than what then I will use.
And so, in
this way everyone can do it..it will happened to you to buy in the
supermarket those little cute seedlings
that are in a vase, to have after some weeks a nice bush of mint that you do
not know how to use.
By now you know what to do!
By now you know what to do!
Ingredients
45 grams of mint
60 grams di of sugar
200 ml of water
Process
Pick up the
mint (as you can see I have a considerable amount!)
Remove the
leaves from the branch and wash
Puree the
leaves
When the
water boils, add the chopped mint leaves and cook over medium heat for about 40
minutes.
After 40
minutes turn off the burner and let it sit until it has cooled.
Filter it with the help of a gauze or a colander and you will get the syrup!
Filter it with the help of a gauze or a colander and you will get the syrup!
I do not
know how it will be your mint syrup but mine is really good, dense and not too
sweet, even the smell is delicious.
I'm
thinking that I could also use it as a condiment for a some dish
... I'll try!
In the
meantime, you have to try to make the mint syrup! delicious!
