Oggi non voglio postare una ricetta ma parlare di eventi legati al cibo e soprattutto al territorio. Sono manifestazioni che a me piacciono moltissimo, quelle che generalmente chiamiamo “sagre”: si organizzano nei territori dove i prodotti vengono coltivati e trasformati, solitamente si svolgono in maniera itinerante dando la possibilità di scoprire, oltre ai cibi, anche i luoghi da cui provengono. Nella maggior parte dei casi, infatti, sono organizzati dalle Pro Loco locali, che devo dire svolgono un ottimo lavoro.
Cibo e scoperta o riscoperta dei territori…cosa chiedere di più?
Adoro partecipare a questi momenti ma non sempre ci riesco. Ho deciso però di scrivere e condividere gli eventi interessanti che scopro per voi, magari se non io, qualcun altro riesce a partecipare! (beati voi!).
Ecco a voi la mia prima proposta: la SAGRA DEL GORGONZOLA!
Che si tiene, ovviamente, a Gorgonzola dal 13 al 15 settembre 2013.
Io (purtroppo) non ci sono ancora andata, ma spero di farlo quest’anno, anche perché ho visto la scelta di piatti da gustare e devo dire che non riesco a decidere da quale cominciare!

Ci tengo a precisare che scrivo di questi eventi in modo del tutto casuale. Alcuni li conosco perché vi ho partecipato, altri perché vorrei prendervi parte . Solitamente scopro della loro esistenza sui giornali o su internet, ce ne saranno sicuramente molti altri di immenso interesse che purtroppo non conosco, li scoprirò pian piano e, ovviamente, ve ne parlerò.
Today I will not post a recipe but to speak of events related to food and especially to the territory. They are events that I like very much, what we generally call "festivals": are held in the territories where the products are grown and processed, usually they are itinerant and give you the chance to discover, in addition to the food, even the places from which they come. In most cases, in fact, are organized by the local Pro Loco, and I have to say they do an excellent job.
Food and discovery or rediscovery of the territories ... who could ask for more?
I love to participate in these moments, but do not always succeed. I decided, however, to write and share events that I find interesting for you, maybe if I do not, someone else can join in! (lucky you!).

I'm not gone yet (unfortunately), but hope to do so this year, also because I have seen the choice of dishes to be enjoyed and I must say that I don't know where to start!

I want to clarify that I write about these events in a completely random. Some I know them because I have participated in, others because I would take part. Usually I discover their existence in the newspapers or on the internet, there will probably be many more of immense interest which, unfortunately, I don't know yet, I will discover them slowly and, of course, I'll post to you.
