Oggi vi voglio parlare di una manifestazione che si terrà tra poche settimane e alla quale partecipo sempre molto, molto volentieri. Si tratta di “Morbegno in Cantina”, evento ideato per degustare i vini prodotti sul territorio.
Il format è semplice e molto suggestivo: acquistando un “pass” avrete la possibilità di entrare nelle cantine in cui il vino viene custodito e degustarlo, accompagnato da prelibatezze locali quali formaggi e salumi.
Potrete scegliere tra cinque tipologie di percorsi e, grazie a una mappa che vi verrà fornita, sarà facilissimo spostarsi da una all’altra. E il vino che degusterete vi verrà versato in un bicchiere con logo della manifestazione, fornito insieme ad una piccola sacca per trasportarlo.
L’atmosfera è veramente bella, così come le cantine in cui si entra. E tra le vie del paese potrete visitare le bancarelle o mangiare alcuni piatti tipici valtellinesi. Io non resisto mai dal prendere i pizzoccheri e gli sciatt!

Today I want to talk about an event that will be held in a few weeks and which I participate always very, very happy. It’s “Morbegno in cantina”, an event designed to taste the wines produced in the area.
The format is very simple and very attractive: buying a “pass” you will have the opportunity to enter into cellars where wine is kept and taste it, accompanied by local delicacies such as cheeses and meats.
You can choose from five types of paths and, thanks to a map that you will be provided, it will be easy to move from one cellar to another. And the wine will be poured into a glass with logo of the event, hand to you with a small bag to carry it.
The atmosphere is really nice, as well as the cellars where you enter. And into the streets of the town you can visit the stalls or eat some typical dishes of Valtellina. I can't resist from taking pizzocheri and sciatt!

Just remember one thing: the driver should not drink. If you just can’t give up I suggest you take the train, the station is very close.
